Analysis and Strategic Studies

Cubic's Force Modernization efforts in Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic and Lithuania have always begun with an in-depth strategic analysis, whether formal or informal. This analysis, conducted by expert functional analysts, has resulted in a detailed assessments with prioritized recommendations and a recommended implementation schedule.

Typically, this initial analysis leads to further analysis, targeting the specifics of organization and functional dynamics and the subsequent change recommendations to enable transformation, modernizations and improvement in the selected field or fields.

Evolving from the initial analysis and assessment have been additional, focused study efforts. These would include:

In addition, Cubic has recently completed OSD-contracted Developmental Peacekeeping Assessments for Armenia, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.
